猪β防御素2胁迫下大肠杆菌内参基因的稳定性分析Analysis on stability of reference genes in Escherichia coli under porcine beta defensin 2 stress

摘要(Abstract):
以大肠杆菌的6个管家基因(recA,aspC,ldh,gapdh,mdh,16S rRNA)作为候选的内参基因,大肠杆菌在不同浓度猪β防御素2(0、37.5、75、150 mg·L-1)的胁迫下培养不同时间(1 h和4 h)后,应用实时荧光定量PCR(RT-qPCR)技术比较这6个内参基因表达的稳定性,并通过GeNorm软件分析。结果表明,大肠杆菌中recA基因表达最稳定,其次是aspC和gapdh。并且16S rRNA的相对表达量最高,而ldh的表达量最低。
