摘要(Abstract):
本研究采用 Hayman 模式,对两个环境下由6个王米自交系组配得到的5个组合的P_1、 P_2、 F_1、 F_2、B_1和 B_2世代群体进行了世代平均数分析。结果表明:各类基因效应,环境效应和基因效应×环境互作普遍存在于两个地点5个供试组合的株型性状之中。6个株型性状的遗传均以基因的加性和显性效应为主,株高、穗位高和穗上叶数的上位性效应也是不容忽视的遗传成分,茎粗、雄穗分枝数和长度则均有一种或两种上位性效应较不重要。各遗传分量在十二参数模型中得到重新估计,其显著性一般不因基因效应×环境互作分量的引入而发生变化,但少数性状的某种基因效应可能受到基因型×环境互作的削弱(穗位高的 d 效应)或加强(穗上叶数的 d 和1效应).Ed 作为环境的直接效应来度量性状对环境的稳定性是一个有意义的参数,穗高和穗位高的遗传较为复杂,对环境反应比较敏感.穗上叶数等性状的遗传较为简单,在不同环境下反应迟钝,具有相对稳定性。
