腰果油成分的GC-MS定性分析Quantitative analysis of the components of cashew oil by GC-MS

摘要(Abstract):
利用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)建立了对腰果油中有效成分定性分析的方法。通过优化升温速率、载气流速、恒温时间等气相条件实现了各组分的分离,人工解析结合NIST库检索定性确认5种腰果酚、3种强心酚、3种甲基强心酚、4种十七碳烯基苯酚共15种成分,克服了超高效液相色谱-质谱(UPLC-MS)法不能定性定量确认腰果油(十五碳一烯基酚、十七碳一烯基酚)中具有同分异构体成分的不足。
