木瓜蛋白酶水解猪肠黏膜制备肝素水解条件的优化Optimization of hydrolysis conditions for the heparin preparation by Papain hydrolyzing pig intestinal mucosa with papain

摘要(Abstract):
本研究对木瓜蛋白酶水解猪小肠黏膜制备肝素的条件进行了优化,并进行了验证试验。结果表明,木瓜蛋白酶酶解条件为:温度60℃,时间3 h,料液比为1∶7(g·L-1),酶底物质量分数0.80%,p H值8.8,盐浓度0.3mol·L-1;验证试验证明该水解条件是可靠的。
