猪IL-18增强猪细小病毒灭活疫苗猪体细胞免疫效果的研究Enhancing immune responses to inactivated porcine parvovirus oil emulsion vaccine by co-inoculating porcine interleukin 18 in porcine

摘要(Abstract):
为了研究猪白细胞介素18是否增强猪细小病毒(PPV)灭活疫苗在猪体免疫效果,分别将猪白细胞介素18与自制猪细小病毒灭活疫苗和猪细小病毒灭活疫苗联合免疫仔猪,并设猪白介素18和生理盐水对照组。免疫后分别用间接ELISA方法和流式细胞技术检测仔猪抗体水平变化和仔猪外周血T淋巴细胞亚群动态变化。结果显示,免疫后猪白细胞介素18联合灭活疫苗组抗体水平与无猪白介素18灭活疫苗组相似,但免疫后猪白介素18联合PPV灭活疫苗组的CD3~+、CD3~+CD4~+、CD3~+CD8~+T淋巴细胞所占比值均高于相应的PPV灭活疫苗组,但差异不显著,且CD4~+/CD8~+在正常范围内。研究证实猪白介素18主要增强PPV油乳剂灭活疫苗的细胞免疫应答。
