高温胁迫下受小热休克蛋白26(sHSP26)影响的玉米叶绿体蛋白质的研究Study on chloroplast proteins affected by small heat shock 26(sHSP26) under heat stress in maize

摘要(Abstract):
以玉米(Zea mays L.)品种郑单958幼苗第2个新展开的叶片为试验材料,运用双向电泳(2-DE)和质谱分析等技术,确定高温胁迫下与s HSP26相关蛋白及其与叶绿体关系。质谱鉴定结果显示,胶上存在24个蛋白质差异点,属于14个蛋白质,归为6种功能类别,其中42%蛋白质参与光反应。与其对照相比,用s HSP26抗体(AT-s HSP26)处理后,与光合作用相关蛋白(ATP合酶α,β和γ亚基、放氧增强子蛋白(OEE1)、叶绿素a/b结合蛋白、细胞色素b6/f复合体铁硫亚基、光系统Ⅰ反应中心亚基Ⅳ和铁硫中心蛋白)表达下调。并且叶绿体PSⅡ的放氧速率明显降低。表明s HSP26通过调控光合作用相关蛋白,从而在一定程度上对叶绿体起到保护作用,最终影响玉米叶绿体的耐热性。
