摘要(Abstract)：

介绍了DNA分子标记的主要种类及优缺点 ,综述了该项技术在小麦抗白粉病基因分子标记中的鉴定、基因定位、遗传图谱的构建 ,以及作为辅助选择手段在小麦抗白粉病育种中的应用进展 .并分析了存在的问题及解决途径
