摘要(Abstract)：
利用人工气候室进行了南方根结线虫对烟草生长、光合和氨基酸含量影响的研究。结果表明:感病烟草地上部与地下部的生长以及二者的生长平衡均发生了明显变化,并且这种变化随线虫压力的增大而增大.耐病限度(T)可以反映烟草各生长指标对线虫的敏感程度,叶面积与侧根长之比的变化则反映了地上部与地下部生理功能上的平衡情况。感病烟草比无病植株的净光合强度下降.烟草叶片中氨基酸总量降低,而根中氨基酸总量升高,
