不同非蛋白氮日粮下异位酸对山羊血液生化指标的影响Effects of Isoacids on Blood Biochemical Criterions of Goats under Diets of Different Nitrogen Source

摘要(Abstract)：
研究对不同非蛋白氮(Non-protein nitrogen,NPN)水平日粮中添加异位酸对山羊血液生化指标的影响。结果表明,3种不同NPN水平的日粮下添加异位酸,对血清肌酐、钙、无机磷等含量均无显著影响(P>0.05);高NPN日粮组,异位酸显著地影响了血液葡萄糖、NPN、血清尿素氮、总蛋白、总脂肪含量(P<0.05);中NPN日粮组,异位酸显著地影响了血液NPN、血清总蛋白、球蛋白、总脂肪等指标含量(P<0.05);低NPN日粮组,异位酸对各种指标含量影响均不显著(P>0.05).为异位酸在山羊生产中的利用提供了依据。
