基于单片段代换系群体的玉米开花期性状QTL分析Mapping of the QTL for flowering related traits in maize using a series of single segment substitution lines

摘要(Abstract):
以骨干自交系许178背景的综3染色体单片段代换系为基础材料,利用105个SSSLs群体通过在浚县、许昌的田间试验,共鉴定出47个控制玉米开花期相关性状的QTL,包括散粉期的QTL 14个,吐丝期的QTL 16个,ASI的QTL 17个,其中,1个散粉期的QTL、2个吐丝天数的QTL和4个ASI的QTL在2种环境下被重复检测到.
