广西黏虫虫源地蜜源植物花蜜游离氨基酸成分分析Analysis of free amino acids in nectar plants in Guangxi of the population source area of oriental armyworm

摘要(Abstract):
为探讨黏虫成虫与虫源地蜜源植物的关系,利用液质联用(LC-MS)同位素内标法分析了广西区桂林市永福县蜜源植物油菜和紫云英花蜜中全谱游离氨基酸种类及含量。结果显示,油菜和紫云英花蜜中都检测出19种蛋白质组分氨基酸(没有检测出半胱氨酸),油菜和紫云英花蜜分别检测出10种和12种非蛋白质组分氨基酸。紫云英花蜜中检测出磷酸丝氨酸和3-甲基组氨酸,而油菜花蜜没有这2种氨基酸。紫云英花蜜多数氨基酸(牛磺酸和α-氨基正丁酸例外)含量均高于油菜。
