肉品微生物预报模型系统构建Establishment of a system of microbiology predictive model meat industry

摘要(Abstract):
通过对现有的肉品微生物预报模型进行分析,找出这些模型中的问题,初步建成了适合各类微生物预报模型存储、检索、应用的共享服务平台,为中国肉品微生物风险评估提供资源共享平台,也为科研人员提供一个在线探讨、交流互动的共享平台。
