冷阱捕获-ICP-MS测定卷烟主流烟气中痕量金属元素Determination of trace metals in mainstream tobacco smoke by ICP-MS with cold trap capture technique

摘要(Abstract):
采用自行设计的烟气冷阱捕获器捕集吸烟主流烟气,ICP-MS测定卷烟烟气中痕量金属元素,并详细探讨了采用115 In~103 Rh双内标元素校正系统对分析信号漂移的补偿作用,所建立的分析方法检出限为0.001~0.08μg·L~(-1),RSD≤15%。主流烟气中分为2部分在线采集,粒相物金属(Particulate phase matal,PPM)作为总颗粒物的一部分采用纤维素脂滤膜收集测定,气相物金属(Gaseous phase metals,GPM)采用自行设计的冷阱捕获器,在超低温条件下在线收集测定。系统地考察了气相物冷阱捕获的温度、采集精度及稳定性,表明在选定的-110℃最佳温度条件下,气相物中各元素的精密度为1%~12%。
