转录因子acj6在昆虫嗅觉中的功能研究进展

摘要(Abstract):
综述了acj6的发现及突变造成的嗅觉异常行为,介绍了acj6的结构及表达模式,阐述了acj6在昆虫嗅觉中的功能,包括调控Or表达、塑造嗅觉神经元的形态和靶向、维持神经递质乙酰胆碱水平和调控嗅小球形成,指出今后应注重研究acj6对昆虫嗅觉的调控机制、与其他转录因子的互作关系,以期为阐明昆虫的嗅觉调控机制并制定基于嗅觉的害虫防治策略提供参考。
